f’AC or firstasia’s Assessment Center is a selection and developmental method conducted by firstasia Consultants that carried out comprehensively and aimed to determine “the right man on the right place”
The basic concept of f’AC is similar with the assessment center in general, which is a multiple input process, where a number of assessor will observe the behavior of participants in a test situation or simulated activities.
The uniquely concept that separates f’AC from other assessment centers is its assessment center design, that based on a competence dictionary which has been develop by firstasia consultants’ team. The dictionary itself was derivates from The Big Five Personality at Work™
